CANYON Property Management, also known as CANYON Properties, is a full service property management/brokerage firm. CANYON Properties handles the property management side and our affiliated company, Westland Apartment Brokers, handles the purchase and sale of Multi-family properties.(12-200 units)

Both management teams consist of highly trained group of professionals with the diverse knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the ever-changing market. Canyon Properties personnel has over 35 years combined property management experience. It currently manages 28 multi-family residential properties and 3 Mobile Home Parks.

CANYON Properties has developed a management system designed for efficiency and positive results. Client goals are the firm’s priority. Expenses are carefully controlled, allowing income and cash flow to be maximized. We feel that client/tenant communications is of utmost importance. Consequently, we have a management system that allows our property managers to make themselves available for owner and tenant communication as much as necessary. As a result many of our clients have been with us for over 16 years.
